We want to keep you informed about the health of our platform at all times. Our Status Page is the best place to check for real-time updates on any service interruptions, planned maintenance, or resolved incidents.
What is a Component?
A component refers to a specific part of our platform or system that performs a key function. Each component is monitored independently, so we can provide accurate and timely updates if something goes wrong.
Our Key components include:
Administrator Portal
Rider App
Driver App
What About Regions?
Each component is also listed by region. That means you may see multiple entries like:
Administrator Portal – United States 1
Administrator Portal – United States 2
Administrator Portal – Canada
Administrator Portal – Japan
This helps us narrow down which geographic infrastructure might be affected. So, if you receive a notification or see an update for a component, it doesn’t necessarily mean your organization is impacted — it depends on which region your services are hosted in.
If you’re unsure which region your organization belongs to, feel free to reach out to our Support team or your Partner Success Manager.
If one of these components is experiencing issues, we’ll mark it on the status page and include a short description of what’s affected.
What Do the Status Levels Mean?
Each component on the status page is assigned a status level to indicate its current health. Here’s how to interpret each one:
Operational
Everything is working normally. The component is fully functional, and there are no known issues.
Degraded Performance
The component is online, but not performing optimally. You may notice slowness, delayed responses, or intermittent glitches.
Partial Outage
Only part of the component is affected. This may impact a subset of users or specific features, while other parts continue to function as expected.
Major Outage
The component is currently down or unusable. This means users may not be able to access it at all, or they may be able to open the platform but unable to complete critical actions (like booking trips, managing schedules, processing updates, etc.). Even if the interface appears to be working, if the core functionality is broken, the component is considered to be in a major outage.
Under Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance is in progress. This may involve temporary downtime or reduced availability, and we’ll provide advance notice whenever possible.
