To cancel a trip, follow these steps:

  1. On the Spare Platform Admin Panel, navigate to Requests.
  2. Select the ID of the trip to you would like to cancel.
  3. Within the Request Details, tap Cancel Request on the top right.
  4. Specify the cancellation details, and tap Create Request Cancellation.

Note that if there is a payment system enabled for Spare Platform, you will also need to manually cancel the transaction (if trip was completed) when cancelling a trip, as the transaction is not tied to the trip.
