To cancel a trip, follow these steps:
- On the Spare Platform Admin Panel, navigate to Requests.
- Select the ID of the trip to you would like to cancel.
- Within the Request Details, tap Cancel Request on the top right.
- Specify the cancellation details, and tap Create Request Cancellation.
Note that if there is a payment system enabled for Spare Platform, you will also need to manually cancel the transaction (if trip was completed) when cancelling a trip, as the transaction is not tied to the trip.
