Trip History Reports

Riders can download a record of their trips directly from the Spare app.

Your riders can now download a summary of their past trips directly from the rider app or web portal. The Trip History Report lets them export a record of their travel over any date range — making it easier to manage expenses, track usage, and resolve support queries.

What riders can do with it

  • View all trips in one place for a chosen date range

  • Review key trip details like dates, times, and locations

  • Export and share their history for reimbursements, personal records, or support requests


Why riders might use it

  • Expense reimbursements — pull together trip details needed for travel claims

  • Commute tracking — see how often they travelled during a specific period

  • Customer support — share trip details when raising a query about a past ride

  • Personal records — keep a history of their travel for their own reference


How riders download their Trip History Report

On Mobile:

  1. Select the profile icon in the top left corner

  2. Tap “My Trips”

  3. Tap “Past Trips”

  4. Tap “Trip History Report”

  5. Choose a Start Date and End Date for the report

  6. Tap “Download Report”

  7. Once it’s ready, view your report in the app

  8. Tap “Share” to save it to your files, email it, print it, or share it through another app



    On Web:

    1. Select the profile icon in the top left corner

    2. Click “My Trips”

    3. Click “Past Trips”

    4. Click “Trip History Report”

    5. Choose a Start Date and End Date for the report

    6. Click “Download Report”

    7. Once it’s ready, you can view your report, save to your device or print.
