Step 1: Open the Support Widget
In the Spare Operations platform, look at the left-hand sidebar and click the Support icon.
This will open the Support chat widget in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
Step 2: Open the Tickets Section
Once the widget opens, select the Tickets tab at the bottom right corner.
This section shows all the tickets you’ve submitted.
Step 3: View Your Submitted Tickets
Here you’ll see a list of all your active and past tickets, including:
Ticket title (for example, “Spare Internal Request”)
Ticket ID (for example, #5657825)
Current status (e.g., Submitted, In Progress, Resolved)
Click on a ticket to open it.
Step 4: Open the Ticket Conversation
After selecting a ticket, you can view the details such as:
Ticket type
Ticket ID
Submission date and status
Click View conversation to open the full message history with the Support Team.
From here, you can read updates or send a new message to follow up.
