We are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities and continue to improve the user experience, for everyone. You can read through Spare's Statement of Accessibility.

If you're curious about how accessibility has impacted agencies using Spare, here are a few customer stories for you to read:

Accessibility Testing

Our accessibility testing focuses on thorough procedures throughout the software development lifecycle:

Automated testing

Using Axe by Deque Systems for automated WCAG 2.2 compliance scans.

Manual Testing

Certified accessibility specialists conduct hands-on testing using:

  • Screen readers (JAWS and NVDA on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS/iOS, TalkBack on Android)

  • Keyboard-only navigation testing to ensure all functionality is accessible without a mouse

  • Color contrast analyzers to verify WCAG 2.2 compliance for text visibility

All testing is conducted against WCAG 2.2 Level A & AA standards, with annual comprehensive audits to maintain ongoing compliance.

User Testing

We regularly conduct sessions with existing Spare users to confirm that our product enhancements are meeting their usability needs, not just meeting the WCAG requirement needs.

Accessibility FAQs
