Does your agency only offer scheduled trips to riders? This feature subtly adjusts the language used in your white-labeled Rider App, and makes it clearer to riders who are scheduling trips for the future.
What has changed?
Instead of “Where to” on the home page, the search box says “Schedule a trip”
In the standard booking flow, the pickup location defaults to your current location. With this feature, it's empty and the rider is prompted to fill this in first.
The rider is also prompted with the page to select time and date prior to receiving trip options.
How do you turn on this feature?
Speak to your Spare Representative to ensure that this will work for your organizations needs
All services that are available to the Rider App or Rider web must have some sort of booking cutoff. This can be a cutoff based on number of hours before the trip, or a cutoff time the day before.
