For on demand AI voice agents, available over the the phone, these serve as the entry point for all incoming calls. For instance, riders will first be provided with an AI Voice Agent. If AI Voice is unable to handle the request, or the rider asks for a customer service representative, they will be transferred.
For AI Chat, these can be available via SMS from any phone number you choose to have set up in spare.
For the on demand agents, we require authentication for all calls.
