What are Favorite Locations?
A favorite location can be accessed when you're booking a trip for a rider. It can be helpful so you don't have to search for commonly used addresses like Home or Work.
How can I set a Favorite Location?
Navigate to a rider's page, click on Preferences, and then "Add Favorite Location".
Here's what you'll see:
Choose an icon for the location (to recognize it when searching later)
Type in an address and see the location on the map. Move the pin if you'd like it to be slightly different (i.e. the back door instead of the front door).
Set a name so you can remember it easily
Add any location specific notes
What information is shown to drivers about Favorite Locations?
Drivers will be directed to the specific pin that was set, the address, and the location notes. Drivers do not see the name of the favorite location.
